The nature of the services we provide requires us to collect a high level of personal information about you and your property. Once your data is assembled for your use, we store all of your data, except for your contact information, in an off-site, secure location only accessible by certified personnel. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply and exceed regulations to guard your personal information.
Information Disclosure
Your information can only be released by you upon written request, or as required by law.
Data Protection
Organized data is provided for your use. Once the data is assembled, it is removed from all of our working systems and computers and kept on physical media. Asset Cataloging Systems is not responsible for data destroyed or non-recoverable from this media.
Optional Protection
As a service to you, at an additional charge, we offer data encryption of files and any media supplied to you and physically stored. A password is required to gain access to the data. Asset Cataloging Service is not responsible for lost passwords or corrupted data.
Data Storage Period
Your data is stored for a minimum of five years after each update. Additional storage length is provided upon your request. Expired data media will be physically destroyed.
